Escape to this beautiful Paradise..
This is a beautiful unit. It is located in the Somerset Complex, which is gated and Beachfront. The complex offers Tennis, two swimming pools and barbeque grille area. There are restaurants, movie theater and ice cream just a short stroll across the street. If you don't want to drive, you can also walk down the beach to several restaurants.
This is a 122 unit building and a wide beach lot, which means the beach is less crowded than other higher density areas.

The bathrooms have glass tile showers, granite counters and excellent water pressure. We have washer/dryer IN the unit for your convenience. Unit sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate a 5th if its a child in a rollaway bed. We have Usb ports located in the living room and Master bedroom for convenience.
Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.


The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances and a desk area as well.
This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. Please No smoking. NO Pets.

We also offer free high speed internet.

We have a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room as well as flat screens mounted to the wall in each bedroom.

We leave beach umbrellas, cart , coolers, and several chairs for your use. Our unit has a "Sand Room" which is so practical and gives us a place to store all of these items so guests can use. It offers the guests an opportunity to live like the owner. All of these items are available to you.
You can get to the beach by elevator or stairs. It is just a short walk downstairs and you are at the Sand.

The lanai is oversized and oceanfront/beachfront. You will enjoy watching the dolphins and the amazing sunsets!

$154.90 Association Management fee is Guests responsibility and due with rental application.

We absolutely loved our time on Marco Island. This rental was perfect for what we needed. Hosts are very easy to work with. Rental was very well equipped with everything we needed for the beach!The only small negative I will say is that the cleaning crew was not out of our rental by the 4 PM check-in, which was a little frustrating and there were strands of hair in all the showers and sinks like it wasn't cleaned well

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

First time visiting Marco Island and this Condo was the perfect choice! It is just as described and has everything you should possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation. Its in a great location with lots to do in the area and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

We love Marco and Somerset and this trip was no exception. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach umbrellas, chairs, and wagons which made it super easy to get to the beach and back. The view of the sunsets was spectacular! We would absolutely stay here again. Fall Getaway

This was our second stay (Spring) this year; the property has all the essentials to enjoy the adjacent beach; including umbrellas, chairs etc. and a great beach accessible wagon to tow all the items. The owner is very conscientious in maintaining the property, new carpeting in both bedrooms and new bedding in the master bedroom. Well worth the stay.

Fantastic location with private beach is exceptional and the condo is updated and very clean with all amenities needed.Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a incredible view from the balcony where you can watch dolphins and beautiful sunsets.This is our second time in this unit and will be back again.

Perfect condo on the beach!

We had a great week at Somerset! Our condo was the perfect size for our family & was stocked with everything we needed! Having coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & wagons made our trips to the beach quick and easy! We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunsets. We usually rent a house in Marco but opted for a condo right on the beach this time! It was wonderful!!

We have been staying at Somerset every summer for the past 18 years. First time we’ve stayed in this unit. Great unit for a family of four. Clean unit and owners are extremely attentive and responsive. As first time renters through VRBO, the entire process was great and working with the owners was a pleasure. Would highly recommend and look forward to next year.

Great Two Weeks

Property as described and we had 11 days of perfect weather. The other three days were impacted by hurricane Ian so we list power but had water! Amy communicated a number of times to ensure we were OK. The overall experience was very enjoyable and with no power is was only one flight of stairs to get out or get to the beach. We would go again!

Lovely Unit at Marco!!

We had a wonderful stay! Amy was great to work with. She quickly replied to all of our questions and concerns. The unit has an amazing view. Lovely condo right on the beach!

Well kept, exceedingly well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed the generous sized balcony for watching the beautiful sunsets, dinner overlooking the sparkling waters at dusk and coffee in the morning while watching dolphins. The second floor was convenient while providing a great view of the beach. Good proximity to beach access and pool. Communication with owner was excellent. Beach items were plentiful and provided for anything we may have wanted. Building and grounds were beautifully maintained, it was quiet and the beach not crowded at this spot.

Easy Beach vacation!

We just returned from our second trip to this property and we hope to be back! The location is perfect - it is easy to do everything. In fact, we talked about not even renting a car next time because you can walk everywhere - literally a one minute walk to the pool or the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby also in walking distance. Condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. The beach carts, towels, umbrellas, coolers, toys and chairs in the condo are so helpful. We did have a question come up during our stay and got a very quick response. 5 star sunsets

Perfect condo for family getaway

This was our first trip to Marco with our children (been coming to this area for over 20 years) and our first stay at the Somerset. Amy was exceptionally responsive, even though we really didn’t need anything during our trip! The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the entry room to drop off wet and sandy beach items, and it was well stocked, too, with umbrellas, beach carts, chairs, and boogie boards. The unit was incredibly clean. We really enjoyed being on the 2nd floor, as we could easily take the stairs located right outside the front door. The unit doesn’t have bathtubs (only showers), but that’s not an issue unless you have small children. We have preschooler, but she adjusted to the shower fine. I loved the little nice touches like full bottles of dial hand soap (normally condo rentals just supply a small square of bar soap), plenty of pods for the dishwasher, and laundry detergent to keep the towels cleaned. There are more than enough beach towels to not have to wash them every day. The unit is quite spacious, as well. We will absolutely stay here again! We look forward to, hopefully, making this an annual vacation destination. Thank you!

Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the condo had not been cleaned. The owner arranged for cleaning within a couple hours. Understanding there is no control over this, the A/C went out for a couple days. The owner arranged service. The condo roof was being replaced, therefore, on different days, the pools and beach access were closed. There was A LOT of construction! There was A LOT of noise! We were not notified of any construction before our visit. The king bed, pillows and sheets were not comfortable. The towels were dingy and stained. The owner apologized for the cleaning and A/C problems. That was it….no discount, no refund, no consolation. We will not visit this condo unit again. This was our first VRBO rental in about 15 years. We have another VRBO rental in January. We are a bit nervous.

Why they chose this property

We have always vacationed in Florida and up the East coast from Maryland, the Carolinas and throughout Florida. Marco Island was by far our favorite. The sand is white and the beach is long. It is truly our ocean paradise!!! The beaches aren't overcrowded and it is ideal for our family. I am sure that you will find it is perfect for yours too!!

What makes this property unique

I love to walk the beach daily and love the calm, warm waters of the gulf of Mexico. My family loves to fish at the beach as well as swim in the gulf and play tennis. We also enjoy the amazing seafood supply that we can get here- either by fishing for it or purchasing it at the local fish store.
This condo is truly beachfront/oceanfront. So easy to walk downstairs and go right out the the beach. If you forget something in the unit, its not a big deal, just a short walk back. This is our paradise! I hope you will love it too!!
