Gold Beach modern

Probkem getting into property. Code did not work. Refrigerator did not work properly, big windows caused big sun load, hard to work in the kitchen because of it. Bedroom also had windows without covering. Yard is only weeds.

Large, lovely home for a good price

Clean, neat and very comfortable furniture and beds. Couldn’t work the splits, even looking at manual for the unit. Bring your device AppleTV, Firestick, etc, as the SmartTV isn’t that smart ;) Although I wasn’t able to take advantage of it, I was granted an early check in (2hours) and was able to purchase a late check out. Just a couple peek-a-boo views of the ocean. I had to call in when door code did not work, but my call was answered quickly and I was able to get in with keys from the lock box.

Our fishing trip home!

The house was comfortable and clean! We had a problem getting the Dean bolt open! The code to unlock the dead bold did not open! Finally someone text us the 4 number code so we could get the key from the lock box! After about 40 we finally got in! When we phone the contact number no one was available to speak with so it put us on hold! After 15 minutes we hung up. We drove down to Lexis landing to get a fishing license! We tried the contact number Still no luck! We sent text the the number given us. After the second text we finally got a response and given the code for the lock box! Other than that we had. Pleasant stay and very close to the fishing dock!

Vacasa Gold beach Oregon

Overall this new building is a beautiful rental for the money. It had a couple of issues that need woking out like the landscaping looks like they started but never came back to finish or maintain due to the thistles and weeds all about the property grounds. The house itself is beautiful but a little hard to maintain the temperature when the sun is shining we wanted to open the patio doors but flies would come in with no screens on the doors. The patio was very small and I guess we were expected to carry the furniture all the way around from the garage??, and the BBQ?? We left several messages for the manager and he said he would get back to us about a couple other incidental issues and didn't during our stay so I'm hoping he will eventually. We left a long note for him anyway when we checked out.

Spacious and close to town

Beautiful house with tons of room. Very comfortable beds, great room and TV perfect for hanging out, kitchen well stocked (though the ice dispenser on fridge was not cooperating). Construction in lot next door was quiet on the weekend. Big windows make it toasty! A/C is not centralized but in wall units that are a little tricky even with instructions. Just 5 minutes to town. Access to beaches is via car.

Spacious Comfortable Home

Nice view but once other houses are complete it may be blocked. Enjoyed the layout with the master seperated from the other 2 bedrooms. Plenty of good quality towels and comfortable beds. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and basic cookware but no "extras" like cooking oil or aluminum foil. Only a few minutes from town and easy to find.

Beautiful new home

The home is perfect, has everything one needs to enjoy a coastal vacation. Beautiful rooms and view, quiet neighborhood. If you travel with dogs this is where the issue arises as there is no lawn except a small patch in the front and no fencing or a backyard. The fees are more than the stay itself, the propriety charges extra $20 per dog per night and that is not disclosed upfront even when they say that one dog is included with the price, looking at the receipt I saw the charge for my first pet and then I had to make a separate payment for the second one. This is the only issue I have, the propriety itself is beautiful and we had a great time.

First stay

We were one of the first if not the first to stay here. Some confusion on lockbox for key was resolved in about an hour and a half. Very responsive help. Must use an app for garage door and that wasn’t explained anywhere. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms there is a gap in the glass next to the front door that needs to be frosted. It looks right into the main living area. The fireplace would not come on. Maybe not turned on but remote did not work. Beds comfortable. These minor issues did not detract from a great stay.
