About this property
A house in the Luberon with a large swimming pool
In fact there is a main house and an annex called the "maisonette".
110 and 50 m².
Hi, I'm Serge. I've lived there all year since 1994.
The cottage had been rented in Airbnb for years.
But then, lately, I decided to rent the whole thing. The house and the cottage.
On 7000 m2 of land there is a chain, a pine forest, a large field, a partly covered petanque field (there is occasional music).
From the gate starts a path that goes up to the car park and the house.
When it is hot, very hot, very very hot then it is good: there is a swimming pool.
A large swimming pool. I'm a world record holder coming back from this pool. Take a deep breath and go back under the water. 20 meters underwater, you have to do it. And at 71!!!
The swimming pool is blue. A swimming pool is blue!!! It shouldn't turn green. To avoid this problem I would not be far away, I would be in the village (of Grambois) and I could intervene. Add a little blue paint. (I'm kidding)
The swimming pool is a dangerous place for children, especially the little ones. You really have to be careful.
First the house.
From the terrace, if you look out to the distance, you will see the Etoile Channel. Sitting on the terrace couch, just opposite, in the background, is Le Pilon du Roi, which, however, is 70 km away. Amazing.
On the left is the Holy Victory.
The house is south-facing,
There is often music and a piano. We'll leave him. So we hope you'll play it. You are asked to take care of it because it is a good piano.
In addition to the two bedrooms there is a mezzanine bedroom. You go up there with a milling ladder to watch TV. It is not high enough to be counted as a room. There is a TV and... a double bed.
There's air conditioning. Useful when it's hot.
The cottage.
The cottage has been rented in Airbnb for years. It can operate autonomously. So there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. And reversible air conditioning.
It is located a few meters from the house in the background, under two large oaks.
The peace and quiet is total. If you can't stand cicadas, don't come because they might prevent you from taking a nap in the hammock.
Tranquility is also that feeling of security. When it came to renting the house I realized that... I didn't have a key. I looked everywhere. I've changed the lock barrel, so I could normally give you the key. I never think of closing my car. No need to look for the keys they stay on the wheel. Practical.
Tranquility is also silence. Here the silence is total. The silence on a photo we don't see it here we hear it.
The Luberon is beautiful. It's the countryside. With beautiful landscapes, walks to do, things to visit. We are 30 km from Forcalquier, 20 km from Manosque, 30 km from Apt, 70 km from Avignon and 35 km from Aix.
70 km from Marseille. 40 km of the Tgv.
It's France. It's Provence. It's the Luberon. It's Grambois.
People are nice. There's an atmosphere. You'll see.
