Enjoy the peacefulness of Shore Fun at El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout of this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while lounging on the couch or loveseat. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite countertops, appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for and two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, shower with a glass door and full-size washer & dryer for your use during your stay. Venture upstairs to the second bedroom (BR2) made up of a King bed, nightstand, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower unit with a glass door. This room also has a private balcony with views of the resort and pond. The loft area (BR3) is made up of two Full beds, a closet and a wall-mounted TV. Use the golf cart accessible boardwalk to spend a day at the beach. Cool off in the shared pool just steps away or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters. Great condo

We came for a beach weekend trip. The condo was very cute, clean and comfortable. The ac worked great and there was plenty of space to relax. Loved the golf cart and beach access.

Convenience!!

Highlight of this property was the convenience to the beach. We loved having the golf cart, only a quick ride on the boardwalk and you were on the beach in minutes. Kitchen supplies (pans, utensils, etc.) were inadequate. One of the main pans did not have a handle. Upstairs bathroom shower could use new caulking, mildew is present. Quiet neighborhood with mostly families renting. Floor plan worked great for 2 parents and 4 teenagers.

Fun Stay in Port A

Great location, easy beach access, small community pool great for kids, and golf cart included in rental was a huge plus! Upstairs bathroom and windowsills needs a deep clean and sheets on beds were rough and thin. Overall a great stay!
