Convenient & Pretty but So Many Issues - Mold, Broken Doors etc.
1. We had a small child and were not informed the doors didn't lock, they were aware, signs posted. 2.Severe Mold in ice maker and water dispenser. 3.Ice box leaked all over the floor. 4.Door Locks were broken
5. 1 microwave was broken. 6.One door didn’t have a handle at all on the inside. 7. Door lock code quit working and we had to call to get another code. 8.Basic things like cleaner and spare paper towels and ample dish soap, shampoo, lotion, and coffee for the coffee maker were not included like many other houses we have rented for years in Port A. 9.The beds were super uncomfortable and made so much creaking noise it woke everyone up when we got up and down. We had to stack pillows under our bodies to get them to quit hurting our backs. 10.We texted the number it told us to text and no one ever got back to us. 11.There was mold visibly coming out between the wood slats in the 3rd floor living area on the walls.12. Kitchen Sink Disposal didn’t work. 13.We were given three pods for the dishwasher for a 7 day booking. 14. Coffee maker had mold as well and I had to clean it out to use it. 15. Ice maker didn’t work. 16.The phone for emergencies in the elevator didn’t work scary & dangerous. 17. We were given the wrong Wi-Fi information 18. Tv wouldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. This property is unsafe for families with kids who can't swim. At such a high rate it was just not acceptable to lease without fixing first. We enjoyed our stay would return again if corrected.
