Villa Romaine is a well-appointed rental but was undercooked for a summer rental. It fell short in small things - such as having no pegs to hang coats, and providing a coffee machine but no pods for it - to larger failings - such as having no sun loungers and not offering a linen/towel change in the middle of a two-week stay.The agents were diligent in ensuring pre-holiday payments (for tax and deposit) but less helpful during the stay. Of the three requests we made, they ignored two and said no to the third.A little attention to detail and guests would make this a 5-star property.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found Villa Romane well-appointed, but we would like to clarify a few points for the benefit of future guests. Regarding your requests during the stay, we regret that you felt they were not addressed. However, you chose to communicate through the booking platform rather than contacting our agency directly. As a result, we were not made aware of your requests during your stay and therefore had no opportunity to respond or assist you. We are always available to our guests and encourage them to contact us directly should any issues arise. Regarding the coffee machine, it is provided as part of the property's equipment, but coffee pods are not supplied for the duration of a two-week stay. Guests are expected to purchase their own consumables during their holiday. Garden furniture is also available at the property for guests to enjoy the outdoor space. As for linen and towel changes, these are not automatically included during a stay unless specifically stated in the booking conditions or arranged as an additional service. We appreciate constructive feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. At the same time, we believe it is important to clarify the services included in the rental and the importance of direct communication, which allows us to assist our guests effectively during their stay. We hope you nevertheless enjoyed Villa Romaine and its surroundings.

Très belle location, très propre et super bien équipée pour 12 personnes… le linge de lit, le linge de toilette et de cuisine est un vrai plus très appréciable. Le ménage de fin de séjour également… Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille, de 3 a 82 ans… la chambre et salle de bain au rez de chaussé est un plus également pour les personnes moins valides. Le canapé est grand et confortable… le grand écran est un vrai grand écran… la cuisine très bien équipée…la maison se situe dans un joli quartier, avec de belles balades à proximité … et très proche du centre (et des fromageries )… des jeux pour enfants se trouvent à 100 mètres… La communication avec l’agence très pro et arrangeante…Vraiment de très belles prestations, nous sommes ravis et reviendrons avec grand plaisir…
