Die im Souterrain gelegene Ferienwohnung im Haus der Vermieter, ist sehr sauber, hell, gut ausgestattet, mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und der Strand, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe) sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Den Rest (Ausflugsziele, Hafen, Stadt, Umgebung) haben wir mit dem Auto erkundet. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir jeweils zum Check-In und Check-Out kurzen, sehr freundlichen Kontakt- ansonsten hat man seine Ruhe, sein eigenes Reich und merkt gar nicht, dass die Vermieter direkt über einem wohnen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in der Gegend.

Urlaub im Juli 2025 in Neustadt

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön und liebevoll dekoriert. Da wir mit dem PKW und Fahrräder dort waren, können wir zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nichts sagen.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir sagen Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr guter erster Eindruck !Ein App. in dem man sich zuhause fühlt.Schön war die Zeit dort !!! Auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter. Immer wieder gerne wenn ich nach Neustadt komme,würde ich mich für dieses ruhig gelegene Appartement entscheiden unweit der Hafenpromenade
