Welcome to the Holiday House. Located in the historic West End of Decatur, this 2-story brick colonial - double lot - boasts 3 suites, a 4 Seasons RM w/ hammock, dining area/gym; outdoor patio w/ firepit, gas grill & smoker, fenced yard w/ trampoline, stocked kitchen w/ gas stove, wood fireplace in LR, walk-in shower w/ endless hot water, W/D & formal dining RM. Computer w/ internet & Wi-Fi; Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime on all TVs. 2 min from Millikin, Fairview Park, & Walking/Biking Trails.

Guest access
The entire double lot property, 3 patios, & two floor home is at your disposal. The basement is only to be used for the washer & dryer. The garage is off limits and locked, & there are a few cabinets & closets throughout the house with locks on them. These closets and cabinets contain our personal items and business material.

Other things to note
I have been a Decatur resident my whole life. I have prepared a map and list of the best Decatur dining, activities, run/bike trails, grocery stores and places to visit in & outside of the city limits.

Great stay in Decatur!

We had a nice stay at the Holiday House. The decorations made it extra fun! We had 3 adults and 5 small kids — it was nice to let the kids play with toys and in the yard while adults hung out. The hosts were great! We had no issues with our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a recommendation for St. Patrick’s Day festivities.

Feels Like Home

Very nice house in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Anthony was very easy to communicate with and I feel he would go out of his way to make guests feel valued. The home was comfortably furnished and great for families. Our little ones loved the toys, yard, bar, and trampoline! It felt like staying at a friends house. Comfortable, functional, and fun. Would definitely recommend!
