☀️ Summer rental on private land with swimming pool🌴

We offer for rent a swimming pool on a private plot of land (600m2) located on our family property in La Farlède (Var), perfectly equipped for a summer camping stay with family or friends or both!

🏡 Your private space includes:
• A private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off under the southern sun.
. Petanque court.
. Ping-pong table.
• A shaded area under a pergola with 4 beds available (⚠️ please note that this is not a mobile home). Sleeping is done on the benches of the pergola. The latter does not have windows or doors; Curtains block out the light.
• Full dining area: large tables, chairs, plancha, gas stove, microwave oven.
• Private toilet and shower.
• Parking possible in the property for 1 vehicle (Others in the cul-de-sac).
. Cats 🐈 allowed 👍

. Crockery, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fans, parasols, linen (sheets, towels and beach towels).
. Laundry room with washing 🧺 machine
. 🍾🥳 Possibility of borrowing electric pizza oven, raclette and fondue machines, tagine.
. Various sports equipment available.

🖼️ The setting:
A lush Mediterranean garden, natural stone walkways and a fish pond for a peaceful atmosphere for rest and outdoor activities.

🚫 Please note:
• Parties, stag nights and hen nights are not permitted.
🐶🐩🐕 Unfortunately our dog friends, as adorable as they are, are not accepted (except guide 👨 ➡️🦮 🦯 dogs)

🧡 The accommodation is on private, quiet and secure property. Friendly and respectful 🧡 atmosphere

💶 Rates:
. July, August and September: €650 per week (7 days minimum)

📋 Deposit:
A security deposit equivalent to the amount of the weekly rental will be requested on arrival, in the form of an uncashed cheque. This cheque will be returned at the end of the stay, subject to a damage inventory.

📆 Availability:
• Rental available only in June, July, August and September inclusive.

🔄 Cancellation policy:
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• After this period, 15% of the total rental amount will be retained.
