Whether it’s a small family gathering or a romantic getaway, this is a dream beach vacation hideaway in a prime location on Harbour Island. Featured in the new book (under the previous name of Water Music) "Island Follies: Romantic Homes of The Bahamas: the Tropical Architecture of Henry Melich," The Pearl is a beach/oceanfront, 4 bed, 4 1/2 bath Bahamian sea cottage, with pool, set over Harbour Island's famed pink beach.
Close to town and restaurants, the Pearl is close enough for walking distance convenience to picturesque Dunmore Town but worlds away, situated on Harbour Island's Juicy Hill. Relax on one of the many indoor or outdoor terraces while enjoying world class views and swim in famously crystalline waters with powder pink sands.
This property is on 3 levels: two bedrooms upstairs have ocean views and share a bathroom with a bathtub (hand shower), while two downstairs detached bedrooms on a lower level provide small ocean views and en-suite full bathrooms (with showers) and more privacy. Another full bath ( with shower), and a separate powder room can be found on the the main floor. There is also an outdoor shower (with warm water) on the North East deck. Central AC. Generator. Grill. Beach palapa, chairs and chaises. Daily maid service with laundry and amenities included. Other services by request.
An executed contract is also required and the rental is not valid until contract is executed and received by the owner.
We do not recommend this property for families with children under 13 years of age because of the pool and bedroom locations.

We've lived on Harbour Island for 40 years. The Pearl is the newest addition to our family homes. Lunasea, with 7 bedrooms, sleeps 12 and is located on the Bay with a huge pool. Ideal for larger families.
