Quiet house in the countryside set on a wooded plot of about 3500 m2, unfenced. 3 km from the thermal centre of Vals les bains with its casino and its lively park, 2.5 km from the town of Aubenas with its castle, its contemporary art centre, its farmers' and craft market, 3 km from the Ardèche swimming river. A masonry barbecue is on the land with wood available.
