We had a 4 day trip in the Columbia area. This place was perfect for getting around town and everything was easy. My wife and I felt safe and appreciated the cleanliness of the space.
The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed was great for sleeping. It had everything that I needed except a toaster. I am sure that will appear next time. I would stay here again. It was a lovely street and close proximity to a lot of things to see and do. I visited historic homes, the zoo, and the SC state museum. The city is easy to navigate around. I very much enjoyed my stay.
Everything was as shown in the description with the apartment. There was a welcome basket with water and goodies. The apartment had all the supplies needed to stay and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was made available.
The owner was responsive with communicating.
I enjoyed my stay while there for my oldest son's graduation from the University of South Carolina.

Building code violations out the wazoo. Not least of which is a light switch in the shower.

Richard, it is unfortunate that you brought an unregistered guest and did not want to pay for it. You also violated our parking policy. None of the issues you mentioned were brought up before I asked you to respect our rules.
Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!
My daughter and stayed the weekend in town for her birthday and it was perfect! Great location. Close to the beach everything without being in the hustle and bustle. The apartment was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Practically everything you would need! Only thing missing was a hair dryer.
