The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming house in Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, with a surface area of 1,151 sq ft and accommodating up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely living room (with fireplace), equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and you can enjoy a beautiful garden. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Upstairs:
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200)

The garage is not accessible, but a locked shed is available in the garden.

In the heart of Morbihan, Sainte-Anne-d'Auray is an ideal base for exploring southern Brittany. Close to the beaches of Carnac, the Quiberon peninsula, and the Gulf of Morbihan, the town offers both tranquility and proximity to the region's most beautiful sites.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
