5/6 people at most. This outbuilding is rented in July and there is only the last week of August 2026 left.

Outside the entire property: Garden of about 1,800 m² in rustic country style. Numerous terraces. The property has private access to the river with a small beach. Garden shared between the 3 houses.

The luxury here is the exceptional site and the sunsets over the Ria d'Etel, where our family property is located, overlooking the river with 3 independent, authentic houses, which can be joined together for a family celebration or a holiday with friends. The main house can accommodate 9 people and the other two houses can accommodate 4 and 6 people. That's 18/19 places in total.
From the property, unique in this exceptional site, at low tide, we fish for shellfish and fish and access by a private stone staircase to a small beach. You are 500 m from the port and the town centre of Etel, on a quiet property almost "in the countryside". Very beautiful beaches around as well as a sailing school and a lake for children.
Our property is not closed, nor fenced so it is located close to the water in height and therefore not suitable for young children
