The apartment consists of:

The apartment does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with fans for your comfort during the summer. Its cross-ventilation also ensures good natural airflow.
You will find at your disposal: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils for cooking.
The Location "L'Impérial 4" enjoys an exceptional location, right next to the fishing port, just 50 meters from the beach, and a short walk from shops, restaurants, and local amenities.

Check-in and check-out are managed through Grand Sud Immobilier agency, located just next door at 2 rue Alsace Lorraine, Le Grau du Roi.
Keys are available for collection from 4 pm at the agency, and after 6 pm via self check-in, still at the agency.
Transport Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus stops nearby. Montpellier Sud de France TGV station and Montpellier Airport are both easily accessible in less than an hour. Included in your reservation: Bed linen for one double bed, 4 bath towels (2 large, 2 small). Any additional request will be charged:

Vue sur mer
Appartement très agréable avec jolie vue sur la mer et la fin du canal. Emplacement centre ville très appréciable. A savoir : la place de parking privée est à 1 km de l'appartement.

Concernant le parking, il est effectivement situé à environ 700 mètres de l’appartement, comme indiqué dans l’annonce. C’est une place privée et sécurisée, très pratique en pleine saison, mais nous comprenons que cette distance puisse ne pas convenir à tous les voyageurs. N’hésitez pas à nous solliciter lors d’un prochain séjour, nous pourrons vous conseiller sur les parkings municipaux ou zones de stationnement plus proches selon les périodes.
Pour la rubrique « respect de l’environnement », votre remarque est parfaitement compréhensible : les informations de la copropriété ne sont pas visibles directement par les voyageurs.

Très bel appartement avec vue sur mer.
Bien équipé, terrasse où on profite du sunset, juste magnifique.
