The approximately 85sqm large fully renovated house is located in the beautiful monastery Walkenried on the Harz about 5km from Bad Sachsa. Supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance.

It sleeps 5 adults + 1 toddler. On 2 floors you can find everything you need for a relaxing holiday to spend with us. Downstairs you will find a large living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a balcony. The terrace and small completely fenced garden complete the picture.

Kitchen - The kitchen is integrated in the living-dining area. It is equipped with:

- Coffee machine

- Sufficient cutlery and crockery

Living and Eating - The living room has direct access to the terrace and the fenced garden. It is equipped with a large couch and chairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection, radio and CD / DVD player. Adjacent is a dining table for 5 people.

For the little ones some DVD's, books and games are available.

Bedroom - The located on the ground floor master bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe and a large double bed.

The other two bedrooms are located in the attic. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and an additional flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Einzell- and a cot, this bedroom has direct access to the balcony.

Bathroom - The bathroom is modern and has a large real glass shower.

Terrace and garden - The terrace is from the living room and offers superb views in idyllic little garden which is completely fenced. There are free garden furniture available.

In the entrance area you will find a small covered Loung.

A garage is available and can be used.
