Tower 1 centrally located in the resort. Large wrap around balcony looks in every direction for all the great water views. Spacious living room and dining area with lots of seating for big families. 3 master suites all with private bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped and has seating at the bar area. 100 yards to the beach and right across from the Lifestyle Center where you will find the spa, restaurants, poolside bar, market and activities!

Portofino doesn’t disappoint

My husband and I took my 92-year old dad and our three twenty-something year olds plus their friends to tower1 1104. The balcony view was amazing including the gulf and the Santa Rosa sound. It is a sturdy large and comfortable balcony. The kitchen and large living room had ample seating for eating and hanging out. A refrigerator drawer was broken but this was not seen as a big deal. It seemed like the toasters were having issues too. We loved having two coffee pots for our large group! The shower curtain in the guest bedroom needs to be longer to avoid water damage. These are not complaints just minor issues. This condo is comfortable, spacious and was perfect for our family. We would stay again without hesitation! The resort is amazing.
