The modern equipped apartment in the high-ceiling has a living / sleeping area, a separate bedroom, shower room, fitted kitchen, a SW oriented balcony and a north-facing bay window with floor to ceiling windows. The apartment also includes a parking space. Motorbikes can be included in the basement. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Koserow Ferienwohnpark "Am Buchenhain". The beach is about 800m walk through the woods. In town there in about 1 km away good shopping for daily needs (supermarket, bakery) and various restaurants and cafes. Their location, the apartment is suitable as a starting point for various holiday activities. Biking and hiking trails lead directly past the residence and provide access to the very nice bike and hiking trails of the island of Usedom. The station for the UBB track is about 1.3 km away. From here you can take the train to the imperial baths, to Wolgast or to Poland.

The apartment is modern and functional. On the large balcony you can enjoy breakfast or in the evening sun enjoying a glass of wine. The individual rooms have the following equipment: Bedroom with double bed (180 cm, separate mattresses) and wardrobe, high chair (are available free of charge) Living room with corner sofa (extendable), dining area, flat screen TV, Blue-Ray / DVD player, stereo, access to Balcony (balcony furniture available), access to the open kitchen, kitchen with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Gemütliche und freundliche Ferienwohnung

Diese Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hell und modern eingerichtet ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Und wir hatten trotz schlechten Wetters eine sehr erholsame Zeit, Strandnähe und ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen wieder. Mit WLAN wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Schöne helle gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder!!!

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt, was auch an der netten Begrüßung durch Frau Jacob gelegen haben mag. Gefehlt haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie bequemere Balkonmöbel, Sonnenschirm und Wlan. Wenn dann noch einige Küchenutensilien erneuert würden, gäbe es den fünften Stern. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, es fehle an nichts.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Sehr ruhig, zum Strand 10 Minuten Fußweg. Komme gerne wieder.
