Beautiful detached villa in the middle of the Mediterranean countryside among oaks, olive trees, and lovely fragrant jasmine, just 7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Sperlonga. The property has five hectares of land spread over several levels. An ideal place for those who prefer peace and quiet in nature, just minutes from the coast of the Lazio region. Outside you have a great view of the garden, here you can also use an equipped gazebo for outdoor meals. Great starting point for all lovers of the sea and nature to discover the sights of the area: Sperlonga, with its characteristic old town and sandy beaches, is only 7 km; Gaeta, with its monuments, is 16 km; The Natural Park of Monte Orlando, with its military base and beautiful beaches, will also fascinate you! Not to miss the Eternal City of Rome and the characteristic Naples.
