VILLA CITA is immersed in Itri countryside about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful and crystal clear sea of ​​Sperlonga and Gaeta with a 'large sandy beach and a picturesque old town. It 'a cool, quiet place but at the same time not isolated because nearby there are other inhabited houses. The villa, fully furnished in shabby chic style, is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace, sofa bed, table for twelve people, double bedroom, plus another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen small but functional and equipped with dishwasher and with everything needed for a family. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with private bathroom with shower and terrace level. The ground floor is equipped with a great patio in the summer months for a leisurely al fresco breakfast or dinner al fresco with barbecue. The house can accommodate 6/8 persons. The villa is also surrounded by about 1000 square meters of lawn with oaks and olive trees ideal for sunbathing and for children to play in total tranquility. For its location it is necessary to have a car.
VILLA CITA is perfectly situated to visit most of Italy, just over 90 km from Naples and 110 km from Rome, Itri is located on the hill so you can enjoy the fresh air even in the hottest months of summer by taking walks in the country paths in total tranquility breathing clean air with the whole family. Nearby there are riding stables and you can visit national parks (Circeo, Monte Orlando, oasis of Gianola ...) or the historical centers with their medieval castles and their Roman ruins. Sperlonga- Itri Gaeta - Terracina - Minturno are already renowned resort since Roman times. We are also about 10 minutes' drive from the renowned sandy beaches with crystal clear sea of ​​Sperlonga and Gaeta 15 minutes from the port of Formia where you can leave for the islands of Ponza, Ventotene, Ischia and Capri.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in der Villa Cita und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Kontakt mit Simona war ganz unkompliziert und hat super funktioniert. Unsere Waschmaschine ging während unseres Aufenthaltes leider kaputt. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir sofort eine neue Maschine. Die Villa ist wirklich schön und bietet alles was man braucht für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen und würden sofort wiederkommen. Reisegruppe RiKa

Our Italian paradise!

We stayed here twice now and are very much looking forward to next time. The owner, Simona and her husband Vittorio are always very helpful during our stay and answer all our questions and concerns before our arrival. They even came to the rescue when our youngest fell ill with a cold during our stay. Even though the villa is in a beautiful secluded area, shopping, many restaurants and gorgeous Sperlonga are only a short drive away. The grocery store is not too far with everything you might need including amazing Italian wine for less than 2€ a bottle. The villa itself it's very spacious, the large size bedrooms are in separate parts of the villa for maximum privacy. The gardens are very private, peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. We had issues at the airport and didn't make it to the villa until after midnight so it was a pleasant surprise to find everything we needed for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and our family of four can't wait for our next time to visit. Thank you Simona and Vittorio!
