The Neighborhood:
Ideally located in the heart of West Hollywood off iconic Melrose. Minutes away from the Grove and Melrose Avenue with trendy shops and restaurants within reach. Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills are a short 10 minutes drive away. All the main supermarkets such as Erewhon, Trader Joe’s, WholeFoods, Farmers Market, The Grove, and CVS are in close distance. It's the perfect getaway for friends and family.

The bed configuration is as follow:

1 Bedroom (Master): King Bed with en-suite bathroom
2 Bedroom: King Bed with shared bathroom
3 Bedroom: Queen Bed with shared bathroom
4 Bedroom (First Floor): Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (10 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music or guests entertaining. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.

No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed in the house
No music after 10pm
Pets allowed on a case by case basis- please clear with host before check in- $90/per day per pet
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

We do have a fleet of Luxury cars available for rent aswell for an extra fee. We offer our guests a preferred price when a car is combined with a property rental
