LA New Year's visit

This location was great and easy to access multiple tourist spots. Great for large families or friends traveling together. I would definitely book again if I visit LA in the future. One note: parking could be a challenge for large vehicles/SUVs.

Somewhat Misleading

Overall, we were not completely unhappy with our stay. The pictures did a great job of displaying the property and it was accessible for what we were needing. What we were disappointed with was the misleading information in the listing. We were a party of 9 and this listing came up when we put in that information. However, the week before the trip we had to pay an additional nightly fee for our 9th person. I inquired about it and was told it was for the air mattress they were going to provide, so we paid and went on. However, we probably would have gone with another listing had we known it wasn't already set to accommodate 9 people. (with a sleeper couch or hideaway bed). I explained to them that the listing was misleading as it showed that it would presented as if it would accommodate 9 without the extra fee. Also, after the first night, most rooms in the house had ants. Little sugar ants. We did not have food out as instructed, but most bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen were quickly covered with ants. Lastly, there were no extra amenities with this property. We were 9 people and there were exactly 9 bath towels. There were no extra hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms. The half bath had not towels at all. The pillows were also old and flat and there were no extras on the beds to swap with. Overall, we felt as if this property had the bare minimum available to accommodate people staying.

Great LA vacation

The house was just as described. Very clean with lots of room. Good location. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in LA.

Do not recommend

Any excuse will not be accepted. If you have an excuse , you will be charged. They are very strict for their rules. I would recommend other accommodations near by under different company.
