Modern 3 room apartment in the center. Only 50 meters to the beach!
Beautiful 3-room apartment with 70 sqm in a pedestrian area in the center of the small town of Can Picafort.
Caution !! The electricity during the stay has to be paid extra (0.45 € for KW)
Can Picafort has about 8000 inhabitants. There are nightlife options and two large supermarkets near the apartment. The sandy beach has a length of 7 km. The promenade is a stone's throw from the apartment. As a former tour guide, I would be happy to give you further tips.
The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The shower has a hot water boiler. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with air conditioning. From the spacious terrace you get a view of the green.
The house rules allow keeping animals in the apartment.
Electricity is charged on the day of departure based on consumption at 24 cents / kWh.
