There is beautiful and welcoming country house in Santa Margarita. It is designed for the comfort and welfare of those clients who would like enjoy their privacy. It has an area of 14,000 square meters of which 3,000 of them are for your enjoyment.

There are different kinds of trees such as almond trees and olives trees that give a touch of intimacy. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and it measures 9x 3, 80 mts. There is a barbecue, a big terrace with furniture and an ideal porch to watching the wonderful sunsets.

The house measures 78 square meters. There is one big bedroom with tow beds (and one single bed). The room is very bright air-conditioned; it has two windows overlooking the courtyard. There is also a bathroom with towels and a hairdryer. A kitchen full equipped. There is also a living room with TV set and extra channels.

Großzügige Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im April 2024. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt. Wir können uns den positiven Kommentaren nur anschließen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Finca buchen.

Schöne Auszeit, abseits vom Trubel

Die Finca San Bia liegt etwas ausserhalb von Santa Magalida. Das Zentrum mit zwei Supermärkten ist in ca. 20min zu Fuss erreichbar, trotzdem empfiehlt sich ein Mietauto. :-) Die Strände bei Alcudià und Can Picafort sind ein Besuch wert. Die Finca ist eingezäunt und es hat genügend Platz um die Finca, um ein Auto zu parkieren. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist super zur Abkühlung :-) Die Finca selber ist mit allem, was es braucht eingerichtet, unter anderem mit: Haartrockner, Waschmaschine, Bialletti, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme etc. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Catalina ist eine sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin, die etwas Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Wir wurden mit einigen Leckereien in der Küche/Kühlschrank begrüsst. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Vielen Dank :-) Tipp: In Santa Magalida vis-à-vis des BIP BIP Supermarkts gibt es einen Pizza Take-Away. Pizza war sehr lecker. :-)

Eine wunderschöne Zeit

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf der Finca Son Bia und haben es sehr genossen. Die Finca ist nett eingerichtet, alle nötigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem inkl. der Bettwäsche :-) Das Bad hat eine begehbare Dusche, sehr schön! Der Empfang von Catalina sowie der gesamte Kontakt während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Der Außenbereich der Finca ist einfach nur wunderschön, die überdachte Terrasse herrlich, der Pool ausreichend groß und dort zu schwimmen mit diesem unglaublich schönen Blick auf Sta. Margalida und das Tramuntana Gebirge ist einfach wunderbar! Man kann von der Finca aus herrlich spazieren gehen, was wir jeden Morgen genossen haben. Die Landschaft drumherum ist einfach traumhaft! Wir hoffen, irgendwann einmal wiederzukommen. Danke liebe Cati für alles!

Wunderschöne Woche

Wir waren 6 Tage zu zweit in der Finca und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Catalina ist eine sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich kümmert, dass alles gut passt. Check-in und Check-out völlig unkompliziert. Sehr ruhige Lage außerhalb von Santa Margalida mit traumhaftem Blick von Terrasse und Pool nach Westen (Sonnenuntergang!) zum Tramuntana-Gebirge. Man ist völlig für sich, es gibt keine Nachbarn. In der Finca ist alles da, was man braucht, allerdings - wem das wichtig ist - keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und planen definitiv wieder hierher zu kommen.
