This complex in Gulf Shores, Alabama is cozy and family oriented. Located only 1/4 mile west to the Hang Out intersection. 18 units makes parking never a problem. Two bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen and 1 twin) and two full baths. Sleeps 4-5. The master nightstands have chargers. Kitchen has white cabinets with microwave, blender, coffee pot, and a Kerig. New 50 Inch smart TV with internet access. Private covered balcony for that morning coffee or evening cocktail. Swim in the beautiful pool... Beautiful white sandy beaches for the beach lovers. Walking distant to restaurants and shopping. Not far by car to Gulf State Park Fishing Pier. Covered parking for 1 vehicle with additional parking lot. Also you will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach in the summer. This is a NON smoking unit so no smoking is allowed on the balcony nor inside the condo. Laundry room is in the hall with a small fee. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. You will love Southern Sands it feels like home ! Give us a try you will feel like home! BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Parking Pass $50 PER VEHICLE . We have repeat buisness so book today before its gone ! Come visit the Tanger Outlet during off season !

Great stay!

Great, relaxing time at the beach. Condo fit our needs perfectly. Only thing I didn’t realize was that laundry wasn’t inside the condo. (Should have read the listing more accurately). Thankfully, the pay machines were right next door. We enjoyed our stay and will return!!

Great location/ comfortable stay

My family and I were in town for our daughters beach volleyball tournament and this was a great location. Close to everything. Comfortable beds. Clean. Small complex made for easy parking and elevator access.
