The unit is lovely. Pool table and new Hot Tub were big hits. Host was good communicator and flexible when we had a change to our trip. Location is super convenient to Deer Valley East. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Host was very response. Took care of things quickly. House was exceptionally clean and well cared for and location is perfect for Deer Valley East village ski access. Unfortunately mother nature did not cooperate and we could not access it this time around. Beds were very comfortable and layout of house for a family with teens was roomy and spacious. We hope to return another time to enjoy Deer Valley and Jordanelle Resevoir.

Family ski vacation

Wonderful home- plenty of room and very comfy beds. The pictures of the house are very accurate- it is beautiful! Quick drive to the new lift on the backside of DeerValley, about a 20 min drive to the main base of DV. Nicola was also very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great accommodation for family ski trip

Our family enjoyed the home for our ski trip to Park City. Home was well appointed and spacious for everyone with separate spaces to relax. Location was convenient to Park, there was a commute of about 15-20 mins but not bad. Host reached out to confirm all was well and was responsive. There were a few minor maintenance items but nothing significant. Would certainly consider for future stays.

Incredible House

Nicola is an incredible host! We cannot overstate what a special time we had in her home. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and beyond comfortable. This property is fantastic!! The furnishings are lovely and well thought out. Beds are super comfortable with Tempur-Pedic type toppers and linens are nice too. The layout is perfect for a family with the downstairs pool table and bar. Property owner is great-- super responsive and helpful. Very convenient if skiing out of the gondola-- literally 5 min away. Big garage and a driveway. Snow removal in the neighborhood was great too even during the huge storms we got.. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Mountain Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone and very clean. As we were the first guests, there were small things that will be addressed by the owners moving forward. Everyone should know that there is no cable service for the two TV's which could be a issue for some. You definitely need a vehicle to get wherever you are going and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Park City mountain. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and the layout of the house was superb. Was very excited about staying here for a quick weekend getaway but was disappointed once we got there. The house hadn’t been cleaned and all of the bedding and towels were on the floor when we arrived. I communicated this promptly with the owner and she apologized and said the cleaners would be right there and gave recommendations for dining out. We spent a lot of money on groceries so we didn’t have to eat out so that was quite frustrating. While we were out she texted informing us that the cleaners would be another hour before they could get there. She told us she wouldn’t charge us the additional 200 for having 10 people at the property.

Great home!

Great sized home for our family. Younger ones got extra space to themselves on the lower level. They loved the space, bunk room, pool table and the Apple TV with library of movies was fantastic. Bedrooms are roomy and very nicely furnished and linens were great. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and plenty of space for everybody at the dinner table. Ski gear closet was great, garage access is super nice so you don’t have to get into a snow covered car etc. Easy access to ski areas and into park city. Check in check out was easy, host is very responsive although we did not need much as the house is well appointed and cared for. Will definitely stay again.

Loved, loved, LOVED it!!!

This is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. It was very tastefully decorated, well equipped, with great host touches- better than a nice hotel! Plenty of room with 3 en-suite bedrooms with very comfy king-sized beds. Bunk room was glam! Host was very quick to respond and accommodating. Hope to stay here again in the future!!!

Great for large groups!

We booked the property for a family ski/snowboard trip. Everyone had an amazing time and this property had a lot to do with it. The kitchen was a great place to cook, open to the family room, and had all the necessary cookware. Loved that there was a dining room table large enough to fit us all. All of the beds were comfy, not too soft, and not too hard. We made some great memories in the awesome bonus room which has a pool table, bar, tv, and large sectional. The pictures and description of the home are spot on. The Host is very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we all had an exceptional visit. Beautiful home!

Perfection

I have rented properties all over PC in the past years. As ski in ski out has become extremely expensive we have chosen this year to get off the mountain. I can’t describe how good of a decision that was. These accommodations were perfect all you need too cool relax and get out of the crowd of PC. However if you want to get down there it is only 13 min away. We will definitely use this house again. The host was caring and amazing though we needed nothing. Great thing to is the by construction design will always be the same and never obstructed.

My family and I are avid Snow Skiers, my husband Cristian and I love to Bike Ride with our teenage boys, James and Andrew who love the snow and the lakes just as much as we do!! We go Jet skiing and water skiing and biking in the summer and snow skiing in the winter! This place is magic, we live in LA and get up here every time we can. Please know, that every piece of furniture was hand selected, there was a lot of love and care put into this home! We hope you enjoy it just as much as we do :-)

Equally fantastic location for the proximity to the Jordanelle lake, only 3 mins drive to enjoy all of the summer time water sport activities. This well appointed home is the private residence and second home of a family who loves and enjoys the out doors.

What makes this property unique

Every Piece of Furniture was selected carefully, beautiful dining room table made out of natural wood. The leather sectional couch is simply comfort plus and massive space. The high Ceilings and windows that wrap around the living area make for great light! Rooms are large and spacious, 3 King master suites has amazing light fixtures that reflects off the ceiling, along with en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. Minutes from Deer Valley, Park City, Cannons and the Olympic training Center!
