In the middle of the island of Krk in Garica, this completely renovated romantic villa is set in stone. The Villa has preserved the old charm, but is equipped with modern and contemporary furniture. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room has its own air conditioning and its own TV.
In the garden of the villa is a 40 m2 large swimming pool with waterfall. Next to the pool there is also a barbecue area and a terrace with a table where you can enjoy the summer evenings.
A business with fresh ingredients is just 800 meters away and the sandy beach is 4 km from the villa.
Near Garica is the place Vrbnik, one of the most famous wine regions in this part of Croatia, with excellent wines, restaurants and beautiful beaches. This villa is ideal for the whole island, which is rich in attractions, beaches, entertainment and historical monuments to explore.

Schönes kleines Haus in einer ruhigen Lage

Haus sehr schön eingerichtet. Haus, Garten und Pool sauber. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Jedoch ein Problem gab es, wir waren mit unserem Hund vor Ort und durch die Agentur wurde uns versichert, dass das Gelände umzäunt ist. Es wurde aber nicht erwähnt, dass unser Garten durch das Nachbarshaus auch genutzt wird. Somit hätte unser Hund keine Schwierigkeiten die Nachbarn zu besuchen. Deswegen sind wir am nächsten Tag direkt in ein Baumarkt gefahren und haben unsere Terrasse Hundesicher gemacht. Deswegen war ich am Anfang bisschen enttäuscht.

Great, quiet location and beautiful home!

We loved our stay. It seems like maybe a new rental, so some things weren't yet in working order (the outdoor shower) and there was no wi-fi. However Josip was amazing and brought us a portable wi-fi device and BBQ supplies on our 2nd day. The location is super quiet and on a secluded street that made for great evening walks. Would definitely stay here again.
