We are International traveled couples, who lived all over the work due to work. We are full time workers with family of 3 with 1 golden doodles (3)/1 German Shepard (6)
Why they chose this property
We have spend numerous of time/money renovated this property with conversion & upgrade. With so much uncertainty happening since the pandemic, it took us almost 22 months to complete this 1900 Victoria Historical Building to what you see today. Is not perfect, but with so much limitations/restriction with life/city permits and continuous changes since 1/2021, we are happy to shared this result with everyone.
What makes this property unique
If you are looking for short term rental in transitioning/relocating to new states/job. No parking restriction (street) 24 hours surveillance camera in the building lot. Walking distance to grocery, pet food express, business center(UPS, DHL, FedEx) and lots of local eatery. Airport (10 min away) , Golf (10 min away) & Recreational Park(10 min away)
