The small, separate house on the property of the landlord is located in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. It is about 10 minutes walk to the Baltic Sea beach. The historic pier and the center of Ahlbeck can be reached in about 15 minutes. Here you will find various restaurants and cafes. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus and train are only 2 minutes away. The Ostseetherme is also within walking distance.

The house with a ceiling height of 2.10 m is divided into living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower / WC and terrace. The living area is furnished with sofa and armchairs, TV and music system, a new fitted kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The internal bathroom has a shower and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed. The house is equipped with laminate. A parking space is available on site. The initial bed linen and towels is included. Wifi is available free of charge.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Insel Usedom, immer wieder schön

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus🏡, der kleinen Terrasse sehr zufrieden und haben uns auch wohlgefühlt. Genauso ein gepflegtes Grundstück mit liebevollen kleinen angelegten Ecken das man auf der Terrasse alles genießen kann. Das FH ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, alles war vorhanden und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage unterstellen. Sehr nettes und freundliches Vermieterpaar😊. Nochmals ein kleines dankeschön für die Empfehlung der Radtour zum Wolgastsee und zum Stettiner-Haff, was uns sehr gefallen hat, sowie die schön Zeit bei Ihnen. IMMER WIEDER GERNE😊 Liebe Grüße von Anke und Michael aus Niedersachsen

Sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und neu. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, man ist in ca. 7 min zu Fuß an der Seebrücke. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!
