Be our guest! Our Disney themed “Minnie Mansion”, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom pool home is meticulously clean and newly renovated. It offers luxurious and spacious living for families visiting the Orlando area theme parks - it's only a short, 12 mile drive away from Mickey and all his friends, located on the fabulous Champions Gate Resort.
Six bedrooms including THREE awesome themed bedrooms await the fun seeking members of your family.

*1st Floor*
King Suite:
Our spacious 1st floor King Bedroom Suite offers a 55” 4k smart TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It is equipped with USB hub chargers on the nightstands.
Queen Suite:
Our beautiful Queen Bedroom Suite on the 1st floor offers a 55” 4k smart TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. It is equipped with USB hub chargers on the nightstands.
Kitchen:
The Mickey themed kitchen is equipped with you in mind, ensuring it feels like a true getaway. It has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We know how important a good cup of coffee is and provide a large Keurig machine and coffee pot. There is a Mickey waffle maker, kettle, Mickey crock pot, and plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
The breakfast bar has seating for four while the dining room table has seating for eight.
Family Room:
Relax by the cultured stone fireplace in our open concept family room watching your favorite show on the 75” 4K Smart TV with ample seating for the entire family.
Pool:
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting Nemo & friends themed covered lanai complete with heated pool and bubbling spa, outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers, 4K Smart TV as well as a giant Connect 4 and giant Jenga game. There are outdoor plates and glasses for the patio area. There’s also a bbq for your use, (we recommend hamburgers and hotdogs because fish are friends not food 😂) with the first tank of propane on us, so just keep grilling!
Game Room:
Game the night away in our climate controlled black light Marvel themed game room featuring the World’s Largest Pac-Man / Galaxia Arcade game and its HUGE, 108″ LED screen. There’s two 65” Flatscreen TVs, X-Box, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch ready docking bay, Foosball table, Air hockey, Basketball and arcade games. There’s plenty of board games for rainy days or play our own Hidden Mickey game hidden throughout the house and win a prize from us!
Laundry Room:
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for your use to make a longer vacation easier to pack for. There’s also an iron and ironing board.
*2nd Floor*
Peter Pan bedroom:
Never grow up and fly off to Neverland in our Peter Pan themed bedroom. This room boasts Captain Hook’s Jolly Roger full size bed docked along the twin Dream & Magic boat bunkbeds! Watch movies on the 55” 4k smart TV with twinkling stars above you.
Princess bedroom:
Sleeping beauty can dream the night away under the stars in our Princess castle bunkbed with 4 twin beds and a slide. Stay up past midnight watching movies on the 43” 4k Smart TV.
Toy Story bedroom:
Join Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang in Al’s Toy Barn. Our Ultimate Toy Story room is perfect for children of all ages! Climb up the wooden blocks to get to the twin size bunk and slide down to the queen size bed. Watch TV with the Little Green Men on our 55” 4k Etch A Sketch.
Primary Bedroom:
The upstairs primary bedroom has a King size bed, huge walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. There’s a 55” 4k Smart TV. USB hub chargers on the nightstands.
Loft:
The upstairs movie area has an 85” 4k Smart TV with a sound bar and leather seating for everyone to play on the Nintendo and Sega Genesis game systems.

Ariel's Grotto bathroom:
Take a journey under the sea in Ariel’s gadget filled grotto bathroom after a long day at the parks.
Extras:
For our youngest travelers the home is equipped with a high chair, stroller, and pack n play. There’s outlet covers, retractable baby gates on the stairs, a pool alarm and child safety fence by the pool.

We offer towels in all of the bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Large pool towels are also available, rolled and placed by the pool with extras placed in the laundry area.
There is no daily housekeeping service however additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee
Our home is just a short walk to the clubhouse. We provide the following for your starter kit, after that you are responsible for the replacements during your stay. Paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, one bar of soap in each bathroom, one garbage bag in each garbage can, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, dish soap for the dishwasher, laundry detergent pods for the washing machine. As per Florida state law we are not allowed to leave opened food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. We are near many grocery stores and there is every amenity imaginable nearby.
With all of this and more, nothing has been overlooked! Our home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation in style. About the Resort:
Champions Gate is a 24 hour, security gated community with many amenities. The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, Tiki bar, movie theatre and business center along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.
Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse.
