2) Thongson (Melati) Beach / 1. 3 km / 10 min walk / 3 min drive. This is a beautiful, quiet sandy beach.
3) Choeng Mon Beach Public / 1. 8 km / 15 minutes walk / 4 min drive. This is a long, wide and very nice sandy beach with a lots of restaurants and bars.

- We do not charge any general taxes
- Airport pick-up (one car only), three times a week and pool are included in the rental price
- Guests can request Thai cooking, Thai massage, Baby sitter services and daily cleaning. If you require any of these additional services, we'll organize it for you. You want to pay directly to the service provider.
- All linen and towels are provided.
- Electricity wants to be charged extra upon usage, 7 baht kilowatt / hr - This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air conditioning on needlessly.
- No SMOKING INDOOR, please. Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio / garden area. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF FOUND SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA! - we take this very seriously !!
- No loud music or party after 10pm (indoor and outdoor). Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.
- As usual, we are charging a 'security deposit' to avoid any damages.
The deposit is USD 500 (or 470 EUR / 17,000 THB), payable at check in to the Villa Manager.

Fabulous Villa with a great view

This villa was just what the ad said it would be. Great open concept kitchen and living room, nice infinity pool with a great view. The villa itself is in good condition - clean, modern and spacious. Two identical bedrooms upstairs with an even better view and a very cozy third bedroom. The pool is not huge but it serves its purpose. Nice outdoor shower and bar for cocktails. Checking in and out with no hassle. The staff is kind and helpful. I'm not even going to talk about the location. For us it was perfect. It is peaceful and yest everything is close by. Ko Samui is a small island. If you want to go and see the island you need a motorbike, car or a taxi. I would recommend this villa if you prefer to have a luxury villa with a great view, close to the beach in a calm and peacful surrounding.
