Situated in a private and very secure area, Villa BB2 is located 100 meters from Samrong Bay Beach and only a 10-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village, Chaweng, Cheong Mon and the airport making it a very alluring holiday destination.

Located in Plai Laem Soi 7 within a gated community and private road access. Villa BB2 is set on a gentle slope to catch the perfect sunsets. Featuring 180 ’panoramic views of Bangrak, Samrong Bay and island views of Koh Phangan and Ang Thong Marine Park.

Close proximity to a beautiful white sandy beach of Samrong Bay and nestled among some of the most exclusive villas and resorts on the island such as Six Senses, the Ritz Carlton, Melati and SALA Samui to name a few,

Guest access: The guests will be able to access the entire villa and private infinity pool.

Interaction with guest: we give our guests space but we are available when needed. We'll pick up our guests from Samui airport, free transfer to the villa, were our Villa Manger will meet & greet our guests.

We don't charge any general taxes

Housekeeping, garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance (3 times / per week) are included into the rental fee,

Guest airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer) included in the rental price,

If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we'll organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)

If you require any additional services like Thai cooking, baby sitter, massages please let our Villa Manager know. We will organize these extra services for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)

Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 7 baht kilowatt / hr - This is common praxis in private rental villas in Thailand

· As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 17,000 THB in cash, which you will need pay at the time of your arrival / at check in. The Villa Manager will give you the keys for the property and will show you how everything works in the villa. You will get back your security deposit money when leaving the property and handing back the keys.

NO EXCESSIVE NOISE, MUSIC AND PARTYING IN THE VILLA, PLEASE
Whilst we want you enjoy your time in the villa, we are asking you to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10pm as guests with children often stay in the neighboring villas.

En fait dans lannonce on pense à une maison mais il faudrait Le présenter comme un appartement Petite piscine et terrasse assez réduite, Il manquait beaucoup De choses en cuisine... vaisselle , plats, verres et surtout poêles Et faitouts on va dire le minimum mais pour 5 trop juste Personnel agréable et disponible. Assez loin de la plage avec accès retour pénible Et assez loin de restau et boutiques, Je préfère une vraie maison

Absolute Traumlage

Wohnung, Ausstattung und Service vor Ort waren Spitze. Strand ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit der Managerin des benachbarten Hotels und konnten dort alle Einrichtungen mitbenutzen. Auto bzw. Roller unbedingt erforderlich, da fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden.
