Three bedroom two bath secluded home located on beautiful Lagrange Bayou 12 miles from Grayton Beach State Park and South Walton Sugar Sand Beaches. This home has a heated pool and spa. Outdoor Grill, Outdoor Smoker and Outdoor Gas Boiler. The garage is a game room including a Ping Pong Table arcade games, darts, 65 inch TV with Playstation 4, and Corn Hole Boards. Fully stocked kitchen including blender, Insta Pot, and Keurig Coffee Maker. There is a 65 inch TV on the pool deck. Sit in the hot tub and watch your favorite game or just relax and watch a movie. Fishing poles and tackle are provided for fishing on the bayou. One security camera that faces down the driveway. Camera must stay on and functional at all times. Please see house rules.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unplugging front security camera. Grounds for immediate eviction. No questions asked.
$100 dollar garbage collection fee if the garbage is not taken to the street on posted collection days.
Additional $100 dollar fee if dishes are not loaded in the dishwasher and towels/linens left in the laundry room and any trash around pool deck.
