With 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, a private pool, 10-12 can comfortably stay and make use of the luxury amenities like a fully-stocked kitchen, the beach closet bursting with everything you need to guarantee fun memories, and rooms with large televisions so everyone can have a little space to unwind at the end of the day. The home is ideally situated off of a quiet street but very close to Gulf Place and Blue Mountain Beach.

The Set-Up

On the first floor is the master bedroom, an open-concept living room / dining / kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and granite counters, 1.5 bathrooms, and a relaxing front deck to soak in the sunshine! On the second floor, you have four additional bedrooms, another private deck for relaxing, 2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. In addition to the TV in the living room, all bedrooms have 55” smart TVs.

Relax by the pool after a day at the beach. The kids will love playing around and there is plenty of room for family to sit or lounge with a cold drink and cool off under the sunbrella. When you're ready, grill out your seafood or burgers on the Weber charcoal grill. At night, enjoy the pool's fun LED lighting and look up at the stars.

When you’re ready for some exercise, take the bikes out for a spin on the miles of bike trails that start right outside your door at the Longleaf Pine Trailhead (0.2 mi). If that’s not your thing, take the two stand-up paddleboards to the beach and enjoy!

All mattresses are top-of-the-line and very comfortable, so you can sleep off all the fun and do it again the next day! Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
 Master Bedroom - King Bed, master bath, and walk-in closet
 2nd Bedroom – Queen Bed, en-suite bath, private porch, and closet
 3rd Bedroom – Queen Bed, jack-and-jill bath, and closet
 4th Bedroom – Queen Bed, jack-and-jill bath, and closet
 5th Bedroom – Full-over-Full Bunk Bed and no closet. The beds are big enough for adults or children; however, this bedroom is relatively small. Adults or kids use it just fine, but it was designed as a room for kids given it has a play area, books, games, etc.
 Living Room – Pull-out couch with Full Bed and comfortable mattress

Bassinet, pack-and-play, and stroller available to make your travel easier. Board games available for family fun.

If you’re eating in, we have you covered with generous cooking supplies - including a great coffee maker, waffle maker, and Kitchen Aid mixer - as well as full stock of other kitchenware.

If you’re eating out, we have great restaurants nearby, including Goat Feathers (0.1 mi), Local Catch (0.2 mi), Shunk Gulley (0.7 mi), Perfect Pig (0.7 mi), Stinky’s Fish Camp (2 miles), and RED Bar (3 miles). You wouldn’t want to miss out on ice cream on your vacation, would you?! Well you’re in luck, with three options just down the street. You should probably try them all, just in case, starting with Buddy’s (0.1 mi) next door. You can pick some up on your walk to the beach. And if that just wasn’t enough, pick up some more on the way home from the beach; we promise we won’t judge you because we’re doing the same!

Booking Policy

 A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
 Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
 Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
 We accept e-checks or credit cards (Additional 3% fee applies for all credit card transactions).
 Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
 Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
 Must Be 25 or older to rent. We have a strict families-only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
 The Damage Waiver has been charged in the event something within our property is accidentally damaged during your stay. However, there is a monetary limit of coverage that varies per property. All claims must be reported and approved by management to be covered by the damage waiver. Please inquire as to the monetary limit this property is covered for.
