Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with storage, one of which is air-conditioned, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The garden offers privacy and tranquility. A barbecue is available during the summer season.
Located close to shops, the beaches are a 10-minute drive away.
