Capt. Mike, owner of Salty Living Rentals & Property Services (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its location and proximity to the Beach, City Parks, and the Bay. The property has plenty of room with 5 on site parking spaces (for 4 apartments), two assigned parking spaces for the upstairs villa, one accessible from the front (west) & / or one from the rear (east, separate entrance) of the building. Addition daytime public parking is on the east side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a wedding or day time visitors.
What makes this Apartment unique
When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended). Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and much of the BEST the island has to offer. The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver, Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction… Wedding parties can walk from this location for all beach wedding arrangements.
