Located in the hinterland, it will offer you an absolute calm, sunny days, but above all an ideal holiday equipment: swimming pool, jacuzzi, terrace and unobstructed view!MAIN OUTCOMES - Large pool- Terrace furnished- Jacuzzi- Spacious living room- Quiet location 10 minutes from Cannes- High-speed Wifi connection HOUSING The living room, very bright thanks to its many windows and very spacious, is divided into three large spaces: - A comfortable living room with large smart TV- A space for 6 people- A large open and fully equipped kitchen, with a high table and direct access to the terrace This room opens onto the outside space including: - A terrace with dining table and barbecue- A large swimming pool, terrace and garden- A Jacuzzi- A petanque field On the same floor, a bedroom with queen size bed (160cm), large closet and a small en suite shower room. (No air conditioning here, but room not exposed to the sun so quite cool, even in summer!) Independent toilets complete the space of this first level. First floor: - The first bedroom offers a queen size bed (160cm), a closet, a flat screen and access to a balcony with a nice view of the pool and the hills. - The second bedroom, this time, has two separate and stretchable beds. It also has a closet. - Finally a bathroom with toilet comes to perfect this first floor. AFFAIRS On the shopping side, you will find your local shops, market places and large areas : - In the village of La Roquette-sur-siagne 7 minutes by car- Pegomas side 8 minutes drive- Cannes-La-Bocca side 9 minutes by car And to do tourism you can: - Join Cannes, its festival palace, glaciers and sandy beaches in less than 20 minutes.- Visit Grasse perfumeries and make some shopping on the ball game square in the old town in less than 20 minutes.- Learn the hinterland by going to the villages of Biot or Valbonne (20 to 30 minutes) and lose yourself in their mazes of alleyways, order a crêpe grand marnier at the creperie of the old village of Biot or make a cultural parenthesis by going to admire glass blowers at the glass factory.
