The living space provides 3 spaces:

This room opens onto the famous terrace, equipped with a high table planned for 4, a relaxation area (garden lounge) as well as a huge armchair. There is also a view of the swimming pool, sea and islands of Lérins.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher included).
The first bedroom, next to the living room, separated by a galandage door, offers a king size bed (180cm) and a small storage dresser.
The second, larger, is equipped with a king size bed (180cm) also, an en suite bathroom and a large closet.
Another dressing room is available in the hallway.
A second shower room and independent toilets complete the space.
AFFAIRS
At the departure of the residence you can, at your option, and in less than a few minutes:
- Join the midday beaches and try to find a location for your umbrella (5 min)
- Join the Croisette beaches and try to find a deckchair (8/9 minutes)
- Beat the pavement in the streets of the Suquet, order a fillet of reddish from the Beija Fior and fill with postcards and very small souvenirs very expensive. (5 min)
- Demonstrate imagination by walking through the city centre
- You will also easily access Cannes La bocca (5 min), and its beaches, shops and supermarkets

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
