This little peace of paradise is located overlooking the backwaters in Black Point. With views of Long Island Sound, sit on the porch and listen to the calming sounds of the wind and while watching the tides come in an out followed by the most amazing sunsets. As the sun goes down, ignite the outdoor fireplace.
Our home is the perfect beach getaway without the cottage feel. With access to all Black Point beaches, tennis courts, and clubhouse. A weekly program is offered for children activities with swimming lessons (not included in house rental cost). Beaches are less than a five minute walk. Up the street and around the corner sits Black Point Market with yummy breakfast treats, lunch, and a plethora of sweet treats for all ages.
We've created a comfortable, relaxing space for all to enjoy. Enter the home and enjoy a large mudroom to unload. Our open layout of the living room and dining room allows for optimal time together. With privacy from two french doors, a den offers a great quiet space to unwind and futon for additional sleeping space. Downstairs located across from the den is a full bathroom with a tub and a washer/dryer laundry room. The back deck and yard offers great afternoon shade for yard games and grilling.
Upstairs you will find four bedrooms and one bath with a stand up shower. The front rooms offer gorgeous views of Long Island Sound as well as window AC units. All lineans are offered as part of the rental.
A ten minute drive from downtown Niantic which offers something for everyone including shopping, restaurants, a movie theatre, and childrens museum. Conveniently located off I95 between Old Saybrook and Mystic.
