Relaxing Beach Area

This cute cottage near the beach is just perfect for enjoying the surrounding area that has great restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. Very laid back and charming. Definitely on the list of places to return to.

Cute little cottage by the beach

The cottage was a perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls. The beach is in walking distance and the host has just about everything you could possibly need onsite. We loved that we were able to grill our own food and relax in the patio area, complete with a propane gas firepit. It was absolutely perfect!!

Two tired teachers started summer break in this oasis. The town and beach are spectacular and the cottage was perfect. We will try to go back!

Very nice stay overall, with a convenient location to the wedding venue we were attending. The host was responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. It’s a charming area for walking, and the beaches are easily accessible on foot.That said, there was some leftover hair in the shower, and the host did not provide bath, beach, or hand towels. She only mentioned this the day before our stay. Since we were driving, we were able to pack our own, but this could be a real challenge for guests flying in. I’d recommend that this detail be included in the listing so travelers can plan accordingly.

Great location!

We came down for a wedding weekend at a resort down the road. We were so pleased with the location of this home - not only to the beach, but also to everything in Westbrook. The neighborhood felt like it’s own little community and the accessibility to the beach was unbeatable. The home itself was tastefully decorated with strong coastal vibes throughout. The heat pump (for AC) was an added bonus for sure. The home had everything we needed for our weekend away. Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing beach getaway

The cottage was immaculate and beautifully appointed. There were so many lovely amenities, from the two kayaks to the fire pit to the great outdoor shower. Also, Annemarie couldn’t have been more gracious when we accidentally broke the coffee maker on day one. It’s a small space that feels big and comfortable. The proximity to the private beach was great as was the proximity to safe roads for runners and walkers. Overall, spectacular place.

Love this house!

This is my second stay at this house. The first time I came with my husband and two kids. This time it was a girls weekend with my mom, my 13 year old daughter, and my sister-in-law. It's a great house! Super clean and cozy. Two minute walk to the beach. Nice neighbors. Highly recommend!

Charming cottage

This is a lovely little cottage just a very short walk to a lovely private feeling beach. It was very clean and cute. Kitchen is well supplied. A/C is provided by 2 window, one wall and one free standing unit and did a fine job of cooling the entire cottage during a very hot weekend, although I did find the floor unit in the largest bedroom to be a bit noisy. The bedrooms are VERY cozy but fine for a vacation visit. The owner has kayaks available for use that are down on the beach. All in all, a great visit.

Westbrook cottage

Perfect place for some last minute but much needed rest and relaxation at the beach. Anne-Marie has everything you could need available for you to use at the cottage and was very accommodating, Hope to be able to visit again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here so much a couple years ago we returned. No surprises, as advertised, clean, responsive and generous owner, EXCELLENT location. Perfect for kids. Friendly, quiet neighbors and a two minute walk to a lovely private beach or the busier town beach.

Lovely summer weekend away

Annemarie’s cottage is lovely and superbly located just steps from both a private and public beach. Our teenager paddled on the kayaks and we all enjoyed evening walks up and down West beach. Thank you so much AnneMarie we had a fantastic weekend!

So Cute!

Stayed down here for a local wedding. This property was so cute and we loved staying here! Outdoor shower was super nice, we took the bike out, played games on the table. We wished there was another AC unit in the other bedroom but other than that, would highly recommend!

Adorable Beach Cottage

This is an adorable beach cottage. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was perfect for a couple of Mom's to spend the weekend with our daughter's before they head off to college. The house was very clean, and Anne-Marie was very responsive. Great choice for us!

Great location

We had a great beach weekend at Anne-Marie's house. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and close enough to come back for lunch or to get a break from the sun. Although it was warm, there was a nice breeze in the backyard which made it very comfortable to sit in between the beach and going out for dinner.
