About this property

This lovely, updated, one bedroom condo is located on the second floor at La Coquina. The bedroom has a King bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has all Stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. For ‘al fresco’ dining, there is a table and four chairs on the screened lanai which has a partial Gulf view and view of the swimming pool. There is an updated large spa shower in the bathroom. Amenities are: stack washer/dryer in the condo; 2 Flat screen TVs with cable; and free Wi-Fi. The La Coquina condominium community has a wide sandy private beach along the Gulf of Mexico, a heated pool, a new sitting area by the beach, outdoor showers and covered parking. There is also a private storage unit for the D207 Unit for all beach supply.
This thoughtfully and comfortably decorated condo is the perfect place for a couple or a family to come home to after a day at the beach, golf, shopping or sightseeing along the SunCoast. (Two week minimum stay is required by condominium rules)

Great complex and clean condo on the beach!

This is our second stay at this complex and first time at Summer Wind. Our owner Jacky was beyond wonderful and kept in contact checking on our needs. This condo is nicely updated and beautiful from the tiled walk in shower to the updated kitchen and living area. The storage room was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and other water items. The scheduled lanai was our favorite area to relax and listen to the waves. The pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature and a great place to enjoy when not on the beach. Many restaurants/bars are in walking distance or Stumpy's shuttle will take you there. This is a condo we would not hesitate to rent again in the future. The only issue if stairs are a problem for you is the numerous steps from the garage level up to the condo since there is no elevator. Otherwise this property is beautiful!
