An Exceptional Holiday Rental in the Heart of Wellness—An Invitation to Unwind In the heart of the Aube countryside, 5 km from the Champagne Route, 35 minutes from Troyes, nestled in a charming old barn renovated with natural materials: concrete floors, wood, lime, and hemp from the Aube region. Our property consists of two cottages, one for 6 people and one for 8, situated in a haven of peace designed for rejuvenation and serenity. As a Feng Shui enthusiast, Amandine has carefully designed each space to offer a harmonious and balanced atmosphere. The layout, materials, colours, and decor have been chosen to create a warm, gentle, and rejuvenating ambiance. Whether you’re travelling with family, friends, or on your own, you’ll find a place perfect for unplugging, reflecting, and reconnecting with yourself. The retreat offers all modern comforts in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature—ideal for taking a break from daily life, refocusing, and rediscovering what truly matters. Perfect for wellness stays, personal retreats, or a holiday away from it all. On the ground floor, each cottage features a fully equipped open kitchen that opens onto the living room, a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a large, AIR-CONDITIONED common room connected to each cottage, accommodating up to 14 people for meals or games (herbal tea corner). Upstairs, you’ll find 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms (each with 2 single beds, one of which has bunk beds). There are also workspaces for remote work and a reading area.On the mezzanine (accessible via a steep staircase—children must be accompanied—and from the activity room), you’ll find 2 sleeping areas (90x190 beds) and a relaxation area. Outside, you’ll enjoy the outdoor areas with a lounge, a plancha grill, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. You can have a picnic or relax in the orchard. There’s a storage box with some outdoor games (molki, snowshoes, balls, Frisbees, etc.). On-site parking on the property (unfenced grounds). Beds made upon arrival; bath and household linens included. Electricity included within normal usage limits (metre readings); heating via a pellet stove at an additional cost (€7 per bag).
