The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a modern district of Saint-Ouen, which is currently undergoing major renovation. You'll find local shops (bakeries, restaurants, etc.) and services (supermarkets, etc.). Metro line 14 (Porte de Saint-Ouen) and RER line C (Saint-Ouen) are just a few minutes away, providing fast access to the centre of Paris.

Getting Around:
Very well served by RER C and metros 13 and 14.

Other Things to Note:
An identity document (ID card or passport) will be required to finalise the booking. You may request that your details be deleted at the end of your stay.

Your bank details will be requested after booking via a secure form in order to take a bank imprint (no debit will be made).

Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability, and for a supplement of €40.

The bin is located on the ground floor of the building, at the far end on the left. Important: please do not throw the yellow bag into the bin, only the contents.
