Good Apartment and Pool Area, Poor Readiness and Issue Resolution

The apartment is well set up and is good for a family, and the pool area is nice although the choice of gravel for the pool deck makes walking around without sandals uncomfortable. It is a close drive to beaches but not good for walking since the road is so dusty.

April 2024 Stay

Location, security, pool, beach access, easy check in and check out, reasonable price all positive. The property landscaping is minimal and not well maintained. Could be improved to provide much needed additional shade. Overall the place and our stay was enjoyable.

Holiday trip

We loved our stay but we had no WIFI which was a problem for us. The smaller bedroom has quite uncomfortable beds but the master bedroom was very comfortable. We found the apartment very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms were amazing and very chick and new. We would stay again for sure . It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach with great restaurants right on the beach. The beach is very beautiful and super clean. We felt very safe in the condo as the security guard is there 24/7 and it is all gated. We received a discount for the WIFI issue which we were happy with.

Stayed here 3 years ago, and it was better then

We didn't have a good experience. Arrived and the power didn't work. Had to find the breaker box and flip power on. Towels were mildewy, living room had a musty smell. Beds were not comfortable. Guards closed the gate on my rental car as I was talking with them -- scraped the car door. We actually left after 2 nights to move to a different place we found online. We've asked for our money back on the nights we didn't stay there. Waiting to hear back.

Great, private home close to Avellanas

We enjoyed staying at this spacious house with lots of privacy, a shared pool, and good a/c. Location is great as you can walk to the beach from the house. The two bathrooms were also super convenient to have and we made good use of the fully equipped kitchen. We found the beds acceptable but not the most comfortable, so perhaps something the owners could improve. We also had to ask for soap and shampoo after we arrived as they were out in both bathrooms but to their credit they came to refill them fairly quickly.
