Schlechte Erfahrung

Das auf den Bildern schön aussehende "Appartement" ist in Wirklichkeit ein Zimmer in einem Wohnheim mit 50 Parteien, sehr hellhörig, mit alten fenstern & an einer Fahrstraße, wo der Berufsverkehr um 6.00 morgens losgeht. Es zieht ständig Essensgerüche vom Flur & Balkon. Das Bett ist knochenhart durch die billige Matratze, die Kochutensilien abgenutzt, kein Wasserkocher & kein Internet. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftige Gegend ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am nächsten Tag bin ich deshalb abgereist, der Vermieter weigerte sich , auch nur einen Teil zu erstatten. Bei der Buchung habe ich nicht darauf geachtet, dass die Buchung nicht stornierbar ist. Zahlen Sie lieber ein Paar Euro mehr & buchen Sie eine gescheite Unterkunft! Mir war es eine Lehre. Das einzig Positive war das neu renovierte Bad & die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.

El apartamento está muy limpio, tiene todas las comodidades y esta a 2 min andando del metro (esting). El propietario, un auténtico anfitrión. Muy amable. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet, genau so wie auf den Bildern. Besonders geschätzt habe ich den Balkon, der geschützt liegt und den Blick auf die Bäume des gegenüberliegenden Gartens bietet. Die S-Bahn-Nähe ist ebenfalls ein großer Vorteil. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und die Kommunikation sehr positiv.

A small apartment that has everything you need, clean and tidy. good neighbors. bakery around the corner, shop then you had to walk 2 km. train station 3 minutes away. It takes 20 minutes by train so you were in the munich. Quick response if you had any questions about the apartment or anything else, the apartment owner very nice person. A perfect apartment that I can recommend.
