This newly renovated, the pet-friendly property is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy all that South Florida has to offer. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and additional sleeping arrangements on a queen memory foam sofa and twin memory foam sofa, this home can comfortably accommodate up to nine adults.
It also includes a pack-and-play and sheets for travelers with small children.

The property also includes beach chairs, towels, and a Keurig coffee maker with a starter kit of k-cups, creamer, sugar, and Splenda. There is even a laundry room with an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this property features tropical landscaping, a fenced yard, and several outdoor sitting areas that create a private oasis for relaxation. Boaters will love the proximity to the Anchorage Park boat ramp. The location is just a few minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, Rosemary Square, City Place, Singer Island, and Peanut Island beaches. House Rules are simple and they are as follows:

1. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.

2. No parties or events are allowed on the property.

3. No additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are allowed on the property.

4. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

5. No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.

6. The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Please dispose of all trash and recycle appropriately.

7. The guest will be responsible for damaging the property beyond normal wear and tear.

8. The guest is responsible for their personal property and belongings. The owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

9. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Late check-out or check-in may be available upon request for an additional $150, subject to availability.

10. The guest agrees to follow all local laws and ordinances while staying on the property.

11. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement that states all the house rules before checking in.
