Great House for Families

The house is big with more or less an open floor plan. It’s perfect for all adults or families with children. The pool is awesome and so is the screened porch. A little disappointed at the lack of furniture on the porch. Also the kitchen is lacking cookware. There was a small skillet to fry one egg. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.

The property is beautiful, and the Ai response comes fast if you message them. The two things I brought to their attention that they said would be fixed were not fixed during our stay. The pool area had sand scattered from a sand bag, a chair is busted, all the pool cleaning nets are busted to the point of being useless, and the toys provided are dirty and half are busted. The biggest bedroom has a bed supported by cinder blocks, and all of the provided shampoo, body wash, and dish soap (especially the dish soap) were obviously watered down. The front sidewalk coming from the driveway to the front door is a tripping hazard because there is metal sticking up. We stayed 5 nights and had no extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels provided. I bought tp, and was kinda glad anyways because they had the cheapest 1 ply toilet paper. One bed out of 4 is nice. The house was clean, but we had other peoples clothes in our room. The pillows must be the cheapest option in existence, with two per person it still feels like you've got 1/2 a normal pillow. The kitchen table is pretty, and the mix match chairs are really cute. The cushions are very worn out. It's nice that they provide games, but they need to go through and remove the busted/missing games. The washer and dryer are nice, and the provided pods worked well. There's a good amount of provided pots, pans, and utensils. I went through and made it look organized because it looked chaotic. Disappointed

This house was perfect for our 2 family stay. Our only issue was that the fridge in the kitchen didn’t work. There was one in the garage that worked. We had reached out when we arrived but never heard back from anyone.

Stayed here on a 3-day business trip. Loved the place--roomy, bright and nicely updated with high-end touches! But communication was lacking with property manager when Master BR shower wasn't draining properly. Never got fixed even after I reported twice, but only a minor inconvenience. Overall great stay!

All was good. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was an issue with the hot water for the whole trip so cold showers most of the time. Property manager made efforts to fix and was very responsive but could not correct the issue. He offered to provide a credit which was fair. Otherwise, it was as advertised so as long as this issue has been corrected I would recommend.

It was very difficult to get in contact with the host. It was hours before check-in and I had to contact VRBO directly to track down check-in instructions. There were a few safety concerns that were eventually taken care of, but this was after a delay in trying to contact someone. One of the issues made it so that we couldn’t use the pool during our stay. I accidentally left a personal item in the fridge that I immediately contacted the host about so that I could retrieve it. I never got a response from them.
