Conveniently located within three miles to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. You’ll love colonial lodging , relax and enjoy the comforts of your home away from home. The resort offers a beautiful villa that overlooks beautiful landscapes that meander over 65 acres of well-manicured lawns and pristine lakes that will offer you the perfect setting to relax and enjoy your vacation. The heart of resort is focused on a 13,000 square foot activities center featuring indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sports courts, a snack bar for guest’s enjoyment and also spa.

If you are looking for a great place to relax after a long day of sight-seeing this spectacular three bedroom villa is just right for you. Featuring three private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and dining room, you’ll find it hard to stay in a hotel again! Your family will love the convenience of making a home cooked meal instead of take-out night after night with a fully stocked kitchen where you will discover all utensils and cook ware are provided for you. This spacious three bedroom will feature a king sized bed in the master bedroom along with a whirl pool jetted tub in the private master bathroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom, another king bed in the third bedroom, a convertible queen sleeper sofa in the living room, washer and dryer, private patio or balcony and may other convenient comforts.


Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, the owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Governor's green is the best Wyndham Resort in Williamsburg, VA. As expected, exceeded our expectations for stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Nice place. Check-in process was unclear with unexpected fee

Property was nice and in a good location. Check-in process wasn't clearly communicated ahead of time, which resulted in an unexpected $99 fee to change the name on the reservation (original reservation owner arrived 1 day after everyone else). Property owner was responsive and helpful in resolving the issue.

Lisa, I'm sorry you had issues with check in, but you are required to let us know who is coming to check in so that we can set it up properly for you. You never made us aware of this change until your plans changed on the day of check in and only 1 hour beforehand. Had we known before hand we could have put your friends name down instead of yours.

Wonderful vacation!

I booked this property for my family to celebrate my son’s and daughter’s graduations. What a fantastic choice! Both kids had their own room and shared a bathroom and my husband and I had the master suite. The room is on the bottom floor in the corner and the unit is right next to indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs, workout room, and game room. We visited Busch Gardens, Williamsburg and the Living Museum (which is like an aquarium and mini zoo). The location was perfect. Only a 15 min. ride to park. So much to do on the property, which was a plus. Also, staying just a few mins away from Busch Gardens immediate area allowed us to take advantage of all the amazing local restaurants! Highly recommend and we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

A total disappointment

We were all disappointed with our stay. First of all that’s why we pick this resort because it has all the amenities that our family needs. But when we got here there’s a limited people that can go to the pool, the spa is closed, the playground is closed too. How I wish the company could have told me so that we know what to expect and we could have just went to a different place to stay. I feel so bad for the 7kids that was with us. Another thing too was that when we got in the room there was an underwear underneath our bed from a previous people who stayed there there was bunch of trash behind the couch. It was ridiculous. We were happy that there was a washer and dryer but it was broke too. We called for them to fix it and they told us someone will come to see it 12noon of Saturday but just to find out they never fix it. How I wish the company would compensate us for all the disappointment we have with the resort. I mean just anything. Sincerely John and Cindy

Parking seemed to be problematic, but that may have been the result of one nearby property with WAY too many different parties starting there. The property does not reserve parking, so that leads to abuse.

Wonderful weekend

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. We'd spent our days in Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, so we did not experience any of the on site activities. The 4 bedroom lock off unit provided is with plenty of space. Each of our 3 adult children enjoyed their own bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with all of the basics, so we were able to cook breakfast before heading to amusement park which was about 15 minutes away.

Great Location and Amenities

We originally booked this property to go to Busch Gardens 2 days but ended up doing all of Busch Gardens in one day and Jamestown, Williamsburg, Outlet shopping the rest of the trip. I say this because the location of this property was perfectly situated in between all of these attractions not more then 15 minutes to drive anywhere. Also, the property was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The property had recently been renovated and was simply lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo and would stay again as well as recommend it to friends.

Great Condo

The condo was great, exactly as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. There was a small problem with the sink when we arrived and they came immediately and fixed it. The owner was very helpful and the condo was near all attractions and restaurants. A great trip!!! I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Very Nice but...

The Condo was excellent. Having a 'gated' community made it feel very safe. The Condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The only 'draw-back' was that since it was a 'Time-Share' we HAD to give up 90 minutes of our time (with our Realtor) for a terrible breakfast and a 'high pressured' sales pitch...and I mean 'High Pressured.' We were in Williamsburg looking for Retirement Communities, not Time-Shared. That was the longest 90 minutes of my life. Just make sure you know that it is a Time Share but the property was excellent. I would return but make sure you are careful what you sign...do not take the Tickets unless you do not mind the sales pitch.
