Welcome to LOBELIA, your safe haven just 200m from Trou d'Eau Beach in La Saline les Bains on Reunion Island. This peaceful and welcoming 2-bedroom house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. From your private terrace, you can relax to the sound of the waves and birdsong. Lobelia is an excellent starting point for exploring the island, thanks to its direct access to the "Route des plages" (beaches road).
* HOUSING
This peaceful accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 beds . Ideally located 200m from the beach of Trou d'Eau in La Saline les Bains. A large terrace of 30 m² with its private garden to enjoy the beautiful days and evenings of the west of the island. La Saline, and in particular Trou d'Eau, is a peaceful region ideal as a starting point for traveling and visiting Reunion Island.
The 70 m² house includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) and a wardrobe in each room. All linens are provided (bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels, and beach towels).
The living area includes the dining room with a teak dining table for 4 people and a very well-equipped open kitchen with a bar . You will find the necessary utensils to allow you to prepare delicious holiday meals. There is also a Nespresso and Dolce Gusto compatible coffee machine, ground coffee, an induction hob, an oven + a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge with 2 compartments, a toaster, a kettle, a rice cooker, dishes, a food processor...
The TV room includes a sofa and comfortable seating, along with a Smart TV with Orange channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.
There is also a bathroom with a shower, a sink, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. The toilets are separate. The little extra: an outdoor shower in the open air to freshen up after the beach which is 5 minutes away by foot. It's just magical especially under the stars.
You can also enjoy a 30 m² private terrace equipped with a lounge and a dining table. A BBQ is available free of charge.
There is a reserved parking space in the garden with a lockable gate, as well as an additional spot outside.
The entire accommodation is reserved for you.
I like to welcome you whenever possible, to get to know each other. In any case, a secure key box is installed in front of the house.
I will be available throughout your stay if needed, but with complete discretion. You just need to contact me by messaging, SMS or phone.
*THE NEIGHBORHOOD
LA SALINE LES BAINS is ideally located.
Its magnificent Trou d'eau beach is a safe seaside area thanks to its lagoon and coral reef.
200m away you will find multiple water activities , paddle, transparent bottom kayak, kitesurfing, snorkeling.
A 10-minute drive from the beaches of St Gilles and Boucan Canot where you can go boating to see dolphins or whales (depending on the season), go deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing, etc.
15 minutes from the beaches of St LEU where you can go paragliding, surfing ... In St Leu you can visit the Kélonia Sea Turtle Observatory, the Mascarins National Botanical Conservatory and the Maison du Coco.
La Saline les Bains, especially Trou d'eau area, is quiet, friendly and residential close to several shops & restaurants, bakeries and supermarket.
7 restaurants are available within a 5-minute walk, both for dine-in and takeaway. A supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, as well as a tobacconist/lotto shop, a gas station, 2 wine cellars, 3 bakeries, a fruit seller, and more.
Medical center (3 min drive) and hospital 20 min drive.
Well located in the west, with direct access to the "Route des plages" (beaches road).
Ideal for exploring the entire island: 15 minutes from the Tamarins road and major highways. The saltworks is located by car 20 minutes from St Paul, 40 minutes from St Pierre and 40 minutes from St Denis (in light traffic).
* PASSENGER ACCESS
- By car: 2 reserved and free parking spaces.
- By bus: (5 min walk from the "Trou d'eau" bus stop. Search on the "Kar'Ouest" and "Car jaune" networks and if in doubt, do not hesitate to contact me).
