You will stay in a villa of 130 sqm completely renovated. Villa very well equipped and fully air conditioned (living room and bedrooms). The villa is ideally located in Saline Les Bains, in a quiet residential estate, close to all amenities on foot: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants ... The location is perfect for connecting the city center of Saint-Gilles (5 minutes) or the tamarind road which serves the north and south of the island. 2 well-known hotels on the island are also present in this large subdivision because the location is ideal.
The villa is only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful lagoon of Saline, a path dedicated to the interior of the subdivision where you can swim, relax on the beach and have lunch in the 2 beach restaurants.
At the front of the villa, a large veranda allows you to have lunch overlooking a large garden and the villa is equipped with a charcoal BBQ. The villa has parking spaces and a shaded garage.
